“Our dog's name is Buster. He is a 12-year-old Jack Russell terrier. He still thinks he's 2 years old! About a year ago he was diagnosed with EPI. My twin sister happens to be his veterinarian and she told us to use Pan-tenex enzyme to help him. We did just that. It has been a journey to regulate things with him, and just recently he was diagnosed with diabetes! In a continued effort to optimize his health, my husband made a phone call to the company to see about how much enzyme we need to be giving him, some eating habit questions, and things like that. He got an immediate return call and was able to get great information and support! I had to reorder more of the enzyme and I put the wrong shipping address. Left a voicemail hoping I could intercept and the correct address could be added to the order. At 7:00 a.m. the next morning I received a text from Leisha who told me she had refunded the order and I could reorder it with the correct shipping address. We love our dog, and Pan-tenex has literally saved his life! They have allowed us to enjoy our wonderful puppy a lot longer than we would have without it!
